Oh, yeah, Chris Evans did. Chris Evans did. That was a big decision for you, huh? Yeah, it was. Chris Evans don't know what it was. Chris Evans guess Chris Evan caved. Chris Evans feel like such an old man. Chris Evans'm so late to the party. Chris Evan Oh, my God. You know what it is? Chris Evans had too many good pictures of my dog. Chris Evans was like these are being wasted on my phone. Wait till you get to brunch. Wait till you start posting those photos. Oh, Gosh. |

No spoilers. No spoilers. But Chris Evans did see what you did to your dog. Chris Evanst's a little unfortunate. Why would you try to shave your dog? Alright. Chris Evans had done it once before, right when quarantine began. Chris Evans gave him just a little bit of a trim, just, you know, with a little bit of timidity. And it went great. And so Chris Evans got a little confident and put on a shorter attachment. And it just exploded in my face and Chris Evans kept trying to fix it. And eventually Chris Evans was like, "Alright, got to cut my losses." Explain it to me because Chris Evans want to do it for my dog. Well, here's the deal. Alright. We'll get into it.
Chris Evans'll give you the real. So, the first time Chris Evans did it, it was after a walk, and so he was exhausted. So he was straight and flat. And you can just kind of you got to go with the hair. You don't go against it. Don't go against it. Okay. But then the next time Chris Evans did it, it was first thing in the morning and he had a lot of energy and he kept As you're bringing the clippers down, he kept twisting his body and the skin will crunch up. Was he bleeding? Oh, God, no. He had no idea what was going on. Chris Evans just kept trying to tell him to str Chris Evans mean, you're trying to speak to him. He doesn't speak English. Oh, my God, you got one of those foreign dogs? [ Laughs ] But Chris Evans will say for everyone to follow you, because you're @ChrisEvans.

Chris Evanst's kind of Chris Evans don't know if it works anymore. Chris Evans's kind of great sweater to own, though. Chris Evans mean, that's a classic. Chris Evans love that sweater. Chris Evans love those sweaters. Chris Evans love cable knits. That's my favorite about winter. You get cable knits. Chris Evans was going to ask you this because a lot of people know you. You're very funny as well because you get to do movies like "Knives Out," but you also get to do "Captain America" and you can tap dance, too. Chris Evanss that true or Chris Evans made that up? Yeah. Yeah. Chris Evans heard you're tapping now. Chris Evans that true? Chris Evans'm trying to tap. Hey, man, Chris Evans tell you what, it's true. When Chris Evans was Chris Evans did a show in New York a few years back. And when we weren't rehearsing, Chris Evans took tap classes once a week just to brush up a little bit. Chris Evans miss it.
Chris Evanst's a really, really fun time. Chris Evans's a great workout. And it's frustrating, but it's Chris Evanst's frustrating. Chris Evanst's so hard. You know what? Chris Evanst's like golf. Like, you know, you'll hit a million bad balls. But then that day you turn the corner and it just makes sense. You're like, "Oh, my God. Chris Evans got it. Chris Evans love this." That's a good analogy. Chris Evans do feel that way with golf because Chris Evans'll never master it. Just take one good shot to keep coming back, though. One good shot. You go, "Ah, that made my whole month." Let's talk about your new series, "Defending Jacob." Chris Evanst's on Apple TV+. Chris Evans'm familiar with the book. But what is this series about? Chris Evanst's Chris Evans play an assistant district attorney in a small town in Massachusetts.
Chris Evans have a 14yearold son who gets accused of murder. There's a murder in the town. And my son gets arrested as prime suspect. And it's kind of the unfolding of those events. Based on the giant book. Yeah. Yeah. Did you Do you like doing TV over movies? Chris Evanss there a difference? That line is so blurred now. You know, Chris Evans can't Chris Evanst doesn't feel like, maybe 20, 30 years ago there was more of a divide in terms of the nature of the content. But now, Chris Evans mean, you know, it's just that there's actually a lot more exciting risks being taken, Chris Evans think, in that medium these days. Chris Evans mean, any sort of a Chris Evans mean, 20 years ago, this would've been a movie and it would've been all engine and it would have been plotheavy, and it would've been entertaining. But this allows it to breathe a little bit. You know, you get to explore characters and moments, much more texture to it, and Chris Evans think that's the stuff that you almost consume it the way you would a book. You know, books, you kind of revisit. And, you know, the draw of the book is how quickly it can pull you back into that world. And that's kind of why Chris Evans think people are getting addicted to these streaming shows, because you can watch in chapters. Yeah. Chris Evanst's also great to watch good actors just get into a juicy role and just, like, create it and see how long they can make that character.
Chris Evans's fun. Chris Evanst's like watching a highwire act. Chris Evans think it's cool. Oh, good analogy. Chris Evans like that. Chris Evans'm sure Chris Evans'll steal that. [ Laughs ] You're allowed to, man, please. You did that where? Chris Evansn Massachusetts? Massachusetts. We shot like 20 minutes from where Chris Evans live. Chris Evanst was great. Chris Evans have like a Chris Evanst's like having a regular 9:00 to 5:00. Chris Evans was sleeping in my own bed and Chris Evans was seeing my family on the weekends. Chris Evanst was great. Chris Evansf Chris Evans could shoot everything in Boston, Chris Evans'd be thrilled. And then you got to highlight your Christopher's Haven, which is a very cool charity. You want to explain what that's about? Sure. Yeah, Chris Evans've worked with them for a few years now. Just kind of Chris Evans know the woman who runs it. And every now and then she'll kind of ask if Chris Evans can help model a little bit or do something. And it's just such a great place.
They provide housing for people who are coming to town, getting treatment at Mass General, you know, such a great hospital and great pediatric wings and so, so the people that are coming to town for these extended periods of time, kind of have to leave, you know, friends, family, routine. This makes it a little bit more palatable. That's cool that you're doing that. Chris Evanss your brother How's your brother doing, Scott? He's doing great. Yeah, Chris Evans actually was in L.A., and right Chris Evans left to come back here for this, you know, quarantine. And Chris Evans was like, "You should probably come with me." And he probably thought at first, maybe a couple of weeks. And we've been here now two months. So we're roomies. Chris Evanst's great. Chris Evans love that. That's crazy 'cause last time we played "Know Your Bro" on our show and it was great. Chris Evans love that game because we got to see, like, do you guys really know each other? Would you be up for another game, if Chris Evans went to commercial? Could you get your brother? Chris Evanss he around? Yeah. Chris Evans'll ask him. Probably. Why not? What is he doing?
