Siddhant Chaturvedi
Siddhant Chaturvedi is an Indian Bollywood actor, best known for his role as "MC Sher" in the 2019 Bollywood film - Gully Boy.
He starred as a teenage cricketer in the Amazon Prime Video web series Inside Edge from 2017 to 2019.
He made his Bollywood debut in the year 2019 with a supporting role of a street rapper in the superhit film Gully Boy, for which he received the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor. He gained much recognition for his role as MC Sher in Gully Boy.

Birth, Education & Early Life of Siddhant Chaturvedi
Siddhant was born on 29 April 1993 in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. At the age of 5, he shifted to Mumbai. His father is a chartered accountant and his mother is a housewife. He studied at Mithibai College in Mumbai to pursue a CA degree.
While studying in college, she won the title of 'Clean and Clear Bombay Times Fresh Face 2012', after which she decided to pursue a career in modeling.
In an interview, Siddhant revealed that he wanted to become a chartered accountant like his father before joining the acting field.
“I fought very hard for six years and faced many difficulties along the way, got rejected many times. I started from the bottom but it was always my wish to rise up once and prove myself with the right opportunity. I always used to think 'when will my time come'. And as luck would have it, Zoya was looking for the character of MC Sher for the film Gully Boy for a year and luckily I got the role.”

Initial struggle and beginning
He has done some advertisements, modeling assignments, and photoshoots. Subsequently, Siddhant joined a theater group in Mumbai as an actor and writer. During a play in a theater group, she was noticed by film director Luv Ranjan and promised her a role in his TV serial.

The following year in 2017, he was selected to play the character Prashant Kanojia, a cricketer, in Amazon Prime Video's web series "Inside Edge" which was inspired by the Indian Premier League.

In the year 2019, he was once again selected in Part 2 of Amazon Prime Video's web series "Inside Edge". At a success party for the web series Inside Edge 2, Siddhant met filmmaker Zoya Akhtar, who is the producer of the web series Inside Edge and sister of Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar.
